Mostly laptop hardware are built in on motherboard.
Once your motherboard overheated and burned, thats all~change a new one.
Here is a way to prevent your processor from overheated.
Just minor help, but at least better than nothing.
Step 1:
Go to 'Control Panel' and select 'Power Option'
Step 2:
Select 'Change Plan Setting' on the plan you using.
Step 3:
Select 'Change Advanced Power Settings'.
Step 4:
Drag the list down and you will see 'Processor Power Management'
Expand it and expand the 'Maximum Processor State'
Step 5:
Set it to lower so that your processor wont run to the max and burned.

How to check ping
Step 1:
Press 'Start' then type 'cmd' and select it.
Step 2:
This box will pop out and type 'ping -t 192.168.x.x'
That is your default gateway.
Step 3:
To know your default gateway.
Go to 'Control Panel' select 'Network and Sharing Center'
Step 4:
Click on connection that you using.
Step 5:
Click 'Details'
Step 6:
Find your default gateway.
Step 7:
Back to the cmd.
After type 'ping -t'
Press 'Enter'
Step 8:
It will shows 'Reply from: bytes=32 time=1s TTL=64'
The number that variable is the 'time'
The lower the time, mean the better your line is.
IF it shows 'Request time out.'
means your line is horrible, cant even connect to internet.

Window corrupt always happen to your computer
and all your data gone
for safety, you can divide your harddisk to 2 drive
e.g C: and D:
then u can move your important data such as pictures and songs to D:
so even when your window is corrupted, you only need to format C:
and all your data still remain at D:
here's the step how to divide your harddisk to 2 or more partition
but this only applicable to window vista/7
window xp got another way to divide which is more complicated
Step 1:
Press the window button at bottom left of your window.
Then type 'Computer Management'
Select 'Computer Management'
Step 2:
Then select 'Disk management'
Wait for the loading around 30-45seconds
and this will appear
Step 3:
Select the drive that you want to divide.
Right click and select 'Shrink Volume'
Step 4:
Wait for the computer to calculate the space that available to shrink.
Step 5:
Enter the amount of space you want to divide in MB.
e.g you want the new drive to be 160GB, then you key in 160000
Step 6:
You will see a drive with 'Unallocated'.
Right click and select 'New Simple Volume'
Step 7:
You will come to this and select 'Next'
Step 8:
Select the drive letter for the drive.
e.g D:
Step 9:
Key in the space u want for this drive.
Just click 'Next' if you want use all the shrink volume on this drive.
Step 10:
Format this drive and change the label for this drive.
e.g DATA DRIVE
Step 11:
Finish!
