Once your motherboard overheated and burned, thats all~change a new one.
Here is a way to prevent your processor from overheated.
Just minor help, but at least better than nothing.
Step 1:
Go to 'Control Panel' and select 'Power Option'

Step 2:
Select 'Change Plan Setting' on the plan you using.

Step 3:
Select 'Change Advanced Power Settings'.

Step 4:
Drag the list down and you will see 'Processor Power Management'
Expand it and expand the 'Maximum Processor State'

Step 5:
Set it to lower so that your processor wont run to the max and burned.
